M2: Legal and Ethical

I am building a website for BDQ I will consider legal and ethical issues that may occur and how I will avoid them. I will need to acknowledge this in order to make sure I follow all the rules, during the production of my website. The legal points which will affect my website is copyright, data protection act and accessibility. Ethical issues which I will need to consider is misrepresentation and offensive comments or videos within my website. The first legal issue i need to consider when I am making my website is the copyright law. This is when someone creates their own original content, such as images or videos, they then own the rights to this content and has control who can or cant use is. therefore when creating my own website I will need to make sure I take my own images and videos, that I want to include in my website. Target Audience: The target audience for Instagram is for 13-25 year old's of both male and females, however more females access this app as stereotypically females upload more images and reels as what typically a man would. The psychographic of Instagram would be mainstreamers and aspirers. These categories, especially aspirers, normally seek attention therefore post on Instagram to get likes and comments in order to gain a larger following.
